ShopClues.com – Memory card reimbursement

Sir, I have ordered for 8Gb strontium memory card,on 11th July with shopclues.com,but due to certain reason i have refused to accept the courier and requested for refund, but the customer support says the courier is showing delivered.I have spoken to customer executives on 22 nd July, 23 rd July 29 July. i have asked them to produce POD but still they are not able to produce evidence for delivery.Each time they say they are forwarding my complaint, but nobody is responding to complaints. on 17 Th Aug Mr anuirdh wrote to me that the product is returning back to us, but once again on 22nd i spoke to customer support but they have once again forwarded my complaint.

I want the amount i have paid to be refunded, along with the telephone and internet charges on part of harrasement, there is no issue of product delivery as they agreed that the product is returning back to them( mailed by mr. anuirddh)
