Dear Sir/Madam, I have ordered “100% Waterproof Mattress Cover” on 27th OCT 2014 at www.shopclues.com. for which they didn’t ship the product till today (16th DEC 2014) and also not refunding the money. I have contacted them several times from 4th Nov 2014, to cancel this particular order and refund me. Till now there is no action. They are replying one (same) useless email every time. But no productive action on this. Please find attached the email conversation with them. Please take action on them to prevent other citizen of this country from their modern robbery.
