i had made an order of huawei modem with order no. 12192723 from shopclues.com on 21-03-14.the delivery date was 27-03-2014.Mine order was not reached to me till 31-03-2014. i made a call to them and they asked for another 48 hours for reaching the product even after 48 hours the product wasn’t in my hands. i made a call on 03-04-2014.they asked for another 48 hours and ever since then a had word with mr. gaurav ahuja, mr. jaswinder singh and mr. sanchit.All making fake promise that u need to worry and we will ship the product but on 13-04-2014 i again called them as i hadn’t received the product and they said that the product had come back to them and now do u need reshipment or do u need refund?after 20 days they are asking for reshipment or refund.this is complete negliency and my loss.please sir make them pay heavily as there was never any update from their’s side and the update came only when i call’d them.

a minimum fine of 20000 to the company so that this may not be repeated by them for befooloing me and making me false words.Spending my time and my money every time i call’d them.
