I placed an order # 10156017 on 12th Jan and today I received an e-mail from shopclues that same has been delivered at my house. I am very surprised to see the reply from your side. I checked with my house and found that nothing has been delivered yet. I spoke to your customer care executives Rina and Monika but did not get positive response. Miss Monika is not a customer oriented CCE, I insisted so many times to transfer this call to her senior thereafter she transferred the call to her floor supervisor Mr. Sanchit. I guess, courier boy has delivered the same to some wrong person. The mob number mentioned on POD is 8800227624(image not clear), which an invalid contact number. I reside with my brother Kr Aishwarya only. This is my second order at shopclue, and faced a lot with your company. I am waiting for a positive response from your side within next 24 hrs. Same has been committed by your floor supervisor as well.

i have wasted almost many hours and money in calling shopclues and redexpress(courier partner) At least Rs.10000 for mental and physical harassment
