I bought a product from shopclues and due to bad quality, i communicated the same to Shopclues and they suggested to return the product which i did and they received the product as well.but despite my continued followups,the returned product amount is still not credited to my account yet (order no.-8543319), it’s more than a month now waiting for the same. Even 6 days back raised ticket also – 617318 and got an automated reply – “we will get back to you in 2 working days”. But now it’s 6 working days already passed away and no one replied to the same. As per my last communication with Shopclues, they mentioned to add 100 shopclues bucks for inconvenience over and above the total refund amount but i have not yet received the same (refund + 100 shopclues bucks). Please look into this as this is pending since 15 November.
