I purchased a LCD TV of Sony (40 inches) from shopclues.com on 31 October 2013 with Order number: 8149937. I did the complete payment of Rs. 36,566 through on-line medium. My complaint is that, while ordering website showed that a SONY Headphone (MDR V-55 ) worth rupees 4999 is freebie and will be shipped along with the TV. But when I received TV, I found that there was no headphone along with it. Now, I have raised my query on support/helpdesk of shopclues.com but all in vein. I seek help from ashoka.com to get my sony headphone as soon as possible. (For Proof of my statement, I have snapshot of shopclues.com, where headphone has been committed as freebie)

1. Headphone or Cash of same amount. 2. Additional relief is seeked from Hon’ble court in terms of cash or sorry letter from CEO of Shopclues.
