i have booked the ADCOM X10 Dual Sim Mobile with Whatsapp & Facebook Black for rs 299 on that day at 8:30 am of 11 December and paid the amount , and some of my friends have booked the same at 10:30 am. but their order is in processing stage but my order is not being taken, when i refereed to the customer care ShopClues.com ,they are given irrespective answers for me, and wishes to refund, even thogh i request them for the product itself
