ShopClues.com – Poor quality & damage neckless delivered

Shop clue order no. 55900093 I order a neckless set but I received it broken and in very poor quality on 13th june I requested on 16th June to return and refund of my full money first they said they need photo of the item and photo of box which I sent to them but after 2 days they said they can not accept my complaint as I register after 2 days of delivery of the product. In my complaint I already informed them that I could not register online compliant so make call them on 16th june. Now they are not reverting.

need product cost refund + phone call charges + internet using charges + metal damage
