Sir i have order a Alpha Buddy Dual Sim Mobile Phone from Shopclues.com on 18th October But till now i have not reached the product.I have mailed 10 times to get my product but shopclues .com wait for 24 hours to 48 hours and not trying to send the product or else not returning my money back.

I want to get back my product as soon as possible please take steps to reach my prodcut as soon as possible.
