I purchased (Order no 9142207 and Sub Order nos 9142211 and 9142209)a SONY VAIO laptop and its backpack from SHOPCLUES.COM on 07 Dec 2013 for Rs 38,050/- by making full payment through net banking. Company has delivered the Sony Vaio Backpack within 3-4 days only and subsequently cancelled the order of Laptop siting out of stock. They returned the money (Rs 36,990/-) on 19 Dec 2013 after keeping it for 12 days.The Backpack delivered to me for Rs 1060/- contains a price tag of Rs 850/- MRP.

Since they fail to deliver the Laptop, they should take back the Sony Vaio backpack also and return the full money with Credit Card interest rate of 3.3%pm. Alternatively, they can deliver the Sony Vaio Laptop, either same model or another model with identical specifications.
