Shopclues.com -product not received refund my money

i had placed a order of micromax mobile model x282 with shopclues.com on dt.28/11/2013 on 15.00, with their order no. 8909473.their estimated time of delivery was wed 4 dec and fri 6 dec, on december 3,2013 i have received a mail from shopclues stating that your order has been shipped with the dtdc courier with docket no. z55864731 . after that on December 12,2013 i have received an another mail from shopclues stating that your order has been shipped , but in actual i have not received my product till date. on same day that is 12 December ,2013 i have contact back to shopclues and complained about my product that has not been received by me, they regsiter a complain with the no. 602435 and assured me to get my matter resolved asap.on 14 December 2013 i have received an another mail from them stating that they would look into the matter and will arrange the pod from their courier partner , they told me to wait for 7 working days, i hve waited that long time after that whenever i have contacted them , they every time told to with for 48 hours , but still the product or my refund has not been delivered to me, i want to get either my product or my refund , i m going to attach here the mails received from them ,

i need my refund asap and the compensation for my physically and mentally disturbance .
