I have order for mobile housing for nokia 2700 classic from spare-express24 on shopclues.com 24th april vide order no. 13257543. I had received the damaged product, as soon as I received the damaged product, I had asked for replacement on 29th April (Return ID:804842). But I had not received any replacement till date, I neither have received any refund. Despite of continuous reminder, no response have made from both the parties shopclues as well as seller.

I need the refund of money.
