I ordered the HTC Desire Z phone from Shopclues.com which they claimed as brand new. The phone they sent was a used phone with scratches and signs of wear and tear all around it. And some local service shop has dismantled and serviced the phone, their label sticker was on the phone. The slider hinge was loose and falling apart. All the accessories shipped with the phone were fake. I returned the phone asking for refund, ShopClues.com arranged for reverse pickup and they updated in their site that they received my returned product. Since then i didnt receive any information whatsoever from them for the past 2 weeks. They are not responding to my emails, and their customer support is very frustrating. I want my money to be refunded to me. I have anyway returned the product to them and they have confirmed reception. I also want the company to reprimanded for such fraudulence.
