Dear Sir, I had purchased a Byond(B66) mobile from shopclues on 8th September 2013. When I was buying the mobile on the product page of the website it was written as ” Hassle Free return in 10 days”. Hence I bought the mobile. But when I received the mobile it was defective hence requested them to refund my money. They told me the product is under manufacturing warranty hence repair it from service center. I mailed around they times for refund or exchange but they did not listen me. The product is still with the service center and it will take one more week. If you could see i had suffered big loss. I had purchased it on 8th September but till date It is with the serive center. Please sir do the justice. I have attached the Service center bill.
I want you to take strict action against them so that nobody can be fooled by them. As far as monetery term I need double compensation.
