dear sir, i have raised return request in company site (shopclues.com), on very next day of product received, but there is no response from company either my message, e-mail, telephonic conversation. 15 days is over. please resolve this issue. product name: samsung bluetooth cost of product: Rs.575/- order no: 14648371
it is in urgent case i have ordered item, Rs.575/- loss happened due to non delivery of correct item in time, which i have to pay out from my pocket instead paying from company account.

i want refund immediately of Rs.575/- amount paid for cost of product.
