Purchased one sansui (SA40) mobile from Shopclues on 06 Nov.2013 and recieved on 14th Nov.2013. When opened the Box and start the mobile, there was white display coming. So , i logged a case (559751) in Shop clues on same day for this, but did not get any proper response.As per Shop clues policy, if product would be defective, then they will replaced within 10 days. Now, they are dening to replace, and not giving any proper responce.

Replace my mobile with new one.
