The Mobline was Ordered by me on 29th Oct 2013 against ShopClues.com Order No: 8141023 and receiver the product through Blue Dart Couriers on 6th Nov 2013. The Product when opened was found with broken seal and the mobile battery inside was found missing. I am following up with the site from the day I received the product and it has been a month I haven’t got the matter solved. Each time I call a new person answers my call and I am asked to wait for 48 hrs. Its almost one month now and still the matter is pending. So, Sir, I would like to ask you to interfere in the matter and please find a solution at the earliest.
I would either like to get my money refunded back to me and take back the received product or they may replace the product with a new sealed pack as per their commitment. No other relief would be acceptable to me.
