Dear Sir, My name is Praveen. I bought a SKIL (By BOSCH) Impact Drill Machine with Complete KIT – 6513 JJ – 13mm Capacity from shopclues.com for Rs. 2744 . When I received this product by Blue Dart Courier Awb No. 69146503355 on 22/08/2014 , it came out to be a used product.. It was in extremely bad condition. Full of dust, several pieces rusty, one box broken. The delivered product was manufactured in Nov. 2012. The website guarantees brand new products but It was not of that kind at all. I contacted the company on 22 AUg then they told me to send the pictures.. I did so. Then they lodged the complaint against the Complaint No. 1036850 .. Then they told that they are arranging the reverse pickup. But suddenly the next day they sent me a mail that Your service Pin code is not serviceable. SO please send it by a reputed company to us. But the reality is that My Pin COde 842001 is fully serviceable by their Courier partner Blue Dart. In fact, I am a regular user of their home pickup service. Not only this, They are saying that they will return only Rs.300 for the courier and that also in the form of a credit to buy from their website where as the original cost for courier is Rs. 720 . When I told the same to them that my area s fully serviceable. Then they closed my request and has stopped replying. Firstky they cheated me by giving second hand product. Then, misleading me in courier and now they have stopped answering me.. I don’t know what to do Sir..?? Plz help They do not answer calls on their customer care number 01244414888 ..
