I placed order of philips speakers (order no:- 30846549) on 21-DEC-2014. Its not delivered till today(i.e. 5-jan-2015). And these people are showing that my order is delivered. Also when i call the courier company GATI SUFACE(tracking number for this shipment is 585393837) they are saying that my package is lost and its not traceable.And also when i call the call center they are giving me vague answers.I’m feeling as if i’m cheated.
