I mailed shopclues.com customer care ON 25th October after receiving a defective ipad mini 8 pin usb to lightning connector (for which i paid 475 online and spent 100 rupees in sending them back the defected product as there was no pickup service by shopclue.com in our city). I desperately requested them to make provision ASAP to get back my cash as I paid online. The third party seller also approved the return request but the site shopclues.com kept plying games with me for two months and HAS NOT RETURNED THE CASH IN MY ACCOUNT TILL NOW. The 3rd party seller was Shopclues Seller FLAUNT COPRS .
