i had ordered for two products from shopclues.com on 1st nov, 2014- 1)order# 25370749 – not delivered but the site says its delivered 2) order# 25370751 – delivered.
i had done the payment online before hand, the product never got delivered but the website claims the product has been delivered. i have repeatedly tried to write to the support team saying my order has not been delivered but to no ava i tried to call them on the helpline- 0124-4414xxx (mentioned on their website) but the call gets disconnected after the ivr says the last order was delivered.
just want the mistake to be acknowledged and the product to be delivered.
