I have purchased a Sunglasses as Ray ban through Shopclues on 04/5/2014 vied order no. 13514365. The same has been received on 13/5/2014. When i open the product, I surprise to know that the same has Duplicate (Not as original Ray Ban). It is also seen that some scratch on sunglasses also. I send the mail to Shopclues but no response received. I request to refund the product but the shopclues team intimated me through e-mail that ” We would like to inform you that the product that is delivered to you is the same product which has been been ordered by you and same as provided to us by the merchant. We, at Shopclues.com provide 100% genuine and standard quality products to our customers.” Sir, it is offence that company has used name of other brand ” Ray ban” and send duplicate product to customers.It is also that the product is scratch means old.

I want to take action against company and refund my money with Rs. 5000/- as harassment/mentally harassment charges. I will be very thankful to you.
