I have placed an online order (Order #6640799) with shopclues.com on 7th Sep 2013. I have also made an advance payment of Rs – 36641 with shipping chares Rs 99. The website shows expected delivery time of 5-7 days. I have checked my pin code while placing the order. And the website shows delivery is possible. When I have not received my order in a week I contacted customer care. They informed me that my order has been put on hold because they are unable to ship my order at my location. I have not received my order till Today(19-Sep-13). And customer care is now informing that they are returning my order.

Earliest delivery of product and compensation for late delivery.
