I have booked for new Sony Xperia C – White with Code: 3686598 under Order #16509065 on 11th July 2014 and the mobile I received was repaired which I came to know because of the bill which showed it was repaired and when I sent the mail and informed shop clue about the damaged phone all they could do is ask for the snap shot and other things which I did but no one came forwarded to help. I have given them N number of calls to replace for mobile as I will be out of town from 26th of July 2014 but in spite of keeping it on high priority no one has come to replace it or refund my money and no communication was done.
Now I have payed from my credit card with high interest rate and I was suppose to gift it to some one but the reason to buy the phone is all gone and I have wasted too much time in calling and emailing them. Its like a mental harassment as they have no answer to my query and I have to track my order on my own. I don’t think now I will be able to trust the online websites and I had bitter experience with Shop clues and in future I will face huge monitory loss because the trust with the online shopping is broken. Also I was suppose to shop more from the web sites but due to trust break i am not able to do so and have to take a leave from office to do all shopping on foot.
