Dear CORE team, I, Santosh Giri Govind M, has purchased a leather shoe (White colored with black stripse, enclosed picture of the same in the attachments) on 28th Dec,2013. Details of the order are as follows: Order Number: 9713147 Item name- Pure Casual Leather Shoes For Men Item Link: http://www.shopclues.com/leather-shoes-65-1.html Item Price(at that time): INR 800/- And the order was delivered on 3th Jan 2014. But the product that was delivered is not the one shown in the webpage. It was a brown half shoe. When I called the www.shopclues.com customer support personnel, he suggested me to raise a return request for the order I placed. And the details of the return request are: Return Request number: 166527 Return request date: 4th Jan, 2014 (have taken a screenshot of the website when I raised the request) But now in their website, I see that the return request date mentioned as 9th Jan, 2014. And I was not keen for any replacement and asked them to refund my money back. After waiting for 10 days, I called the support guys on 14th Jan,2014, to find what is happening on my return request. And they replied saying the return pickup will happen by 17th Jan,2014. And on 18th Jan, 2014 the wrong product was picked up by their courier guy. After the pickup, even after 9 days, there is no indication of whether the product has reached them or anything for that matter. And I had to call them again on 27th Jan,2014 to find out the current status. And now they inform me saying I will have to wait for 2 more days to get information about what will be the resolution I will get for this return request. And every time I had to call them I am charged approximately INR 20/-. That too, the return request was taken for PRODUCT REPLACEMENT but not for MONEY REFUND as mentioned by me while submitting the return request. AND they are modifying the actual information to suit their actions like I actually submitted the return request on 4th Jan,2014, but they have modified in the website now to 9th Jan,2014. THIS IS OUTRIGHT OBJECTIONABLE AND THEY ARE MANIPULATING CUSTOMER DATA WITHOUT ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND CUSTOMER IS ALSO NOT INFORMED ABOUT THESE CHANGES. FOR PROOF OF MY CLAIMS I HAVE ATTACHED A ZIP FILE THAT CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING FILES: 1. ACTUAL PRODUCT THAT IS LISTED IN THE WEBSITE (ShoeOrdered.jpg) 2. ACTUAL PRODUCT THAT WAS DELIVERED (DeliveredShoeNotTheOrderedShoe.jpg) 3. CONFIRMATION OF RETURN REQUEST RAISED (ShoeReturnRquest.jpg) 4. RETURN SHIPPING LABEL THAT WAS PRINTED FROM THE SITE AFTER RAISING RETURN REQUEST (ShopClues_RMA_Details_166527.pdf)
At first place, I want my money back which is INR 800/- for the placed order. And I also demand them to refund me for all the valuable time I spent on the phone calls I had to make them to find out the status. It should be their minimum courtesy to inform the customer if there is going to be any delay in the request raised so that I do not have to waste my time and money on getting the information. The www.shopclues.com team has to be punished for their customer UNFRIENDLY nature and for tampering with the actual information to suit their situations.
