I have ordered Door Curtains Size 4 Feet x 7 Feet on Shopclues.com vide order no. 23706609, but received the delivery of Window Curtains size 4 Feet x 5 Feet. I have informed immediately to Shopclues regarding this wrong delivery and the Shopclues has agreed that wrong delivery has been made to me. But in spite of follow-up through phone calls & lot of mails reminder they have not replaced the curtains and also not refunding my amount. Please help me on the above matter.
