my name is prabu , i bought a mobile through (online shopping) shopclues. i got it on 15 0ct 2013. the mobile which they send is damaged one ,ive made several complaint regarding this. they made a false promise that we have register a complaint on this and also they said tat we will send a representattive to collext the mobile . but till now they havent send the person or called us or no mail. im fed up with shopclues they are making the consumers fools by sending the damaged product. there is no proper response from them.

i want my money back and please take necessary action aginst this company
