shopclues – Delivery of Damaged Product and no REFUND

A product purchased online is supplied in damaged condition . On complaint Return request approved (Order id : 4144977), but it was told by shopclues that address is not serviceable for return pickup and requested for other address. New Serviceable address provided on which return request of order id (3714995) completed. But nothing happened even after one month. Email replies are repeat of earlier replies. Voice contact could not be established ( 1400+ seconds my call was put on hold with IVRS message that “you are first in line and will soon be attended” and the call got disconnected) Shopclues has supplied a damaged product and is neither changing it nor refunding the money.

A replacement of product or return of money
