My friends gifted me a MI 104000 Mah power bank on 17th March 2015 as a birthday gift. This product was bought from shoclues.com on 14th march hoping that the product would be genuine as advertised by shopclues.com . But after few days of usage we came to know that this product is not genuine, not working properly and ultimately we are fooled. Below is the link of the product.

My friends had paid Rs. 999 for this product which is not genuine. I want this product to be replaced with a genuine product or the money should be returned back.
