Shopclues – Fan blades are missing poor response

MISSING PART : BLADES are MISSING in the Delivered Ceiling Fan I had received the item from the Shopclues on 12th June 2014 the ordered (BAJAJ Ceiling FAN) from Blue Dart.Tracking no is- 69129483662. I had checked the item and found the FINS (BLADES) are missing. I have lodge the complaint in Shopclues customer care on 13th June 2014. From that day I am continuously following the same with Customer care with the same reply from there that “within 48 hrs the complaint will be resolved” After 20th they have not bothered to inform me the current status of my complaint. The product cost is 2160/- (INR). Without the BLADES the ceiling FAN is useless to me.
