I am G. Madhavan from Chennai. I have ordered the item MULTI EXERCISER MACHINE 5 IN 1 AB EXERCISER WONDER CORE GYM through shopclues.com vide the order # 55895245. In their website they mentioned the item was shipped on 9th June 2015 and the product will be delivered on 17th June through Blue dart courier vide the AWB # 50326074665. When i checked with Bluedart courier tracking, the AWB is not available and as per their statement the product is not handed over to the courier. I have contacted the customer support and they are not able to give any status of this order. I am following for the past 12days no response from shopclues. com side. I have asked them to cancel the order , which they are claiming it is not possible. Please intervene to cancel the order and for refund.

I have fully paid through online for the product i.e INR 4999. I am making everyday phone call to the call centre with waiting of atleast 15mins. My phone calls cost Rs. 500. Mentally i am frustrated with this hectic follow up and i could not able to concentrate on any of my regular work.
