I have bought a electric pizza maker from shopclues on 14 th may 2014.. Actually it was adefective piece..its paint was gone…no handle..etc etc…so i request them for a return…after that in every two days i called them for a return pick up..actually they told me they have arranged courier but sir no one has called me even for a return pickup…and coz i got fed up with this i asked them to give the telephone no of the courier company at my place to ask them y they are not coming to collect it..actually when i called them i was so shocked tht they told me they didnt got any call like tht..again i gave them a few calls….after having so many calls one of thier senior executives miss.priya bali,she called me and asked me to do return from my side….she promised me to get my courier chrges back credited to my account…i agreed to their statement…my kid was then 1 yr old….i took her all the way and shipped backthe courier,…..and actually for the shipping charges its cost me rs 390….i send a scan copy on the same day with out any fail for my refund of my courier charges and mrp…they gave my amount rs 1490 to my account..but till now they have not given my courier charges which is rs 390
I have to call their customer care so many times.i used to call them twice a week to delhi…actually sir how many tomes i will ask for my money.shall i have to beg for my money,which they have taken it from me?and my mobile bill..it has also the same case….i called them 2 times a week since nw..i called them and wrote them both as mail and emailed them in their site….nw i cannot even raise a complaint in their site because my ticket id is not showing actualy i have to clickin tht for raising a complaint again….wht should i do..i have lost my 390 rs courier charge and my mobile bill with tht mental harrasement…the customer care people smetimes they wont answer properly to our qns
