I ordered ShopClues.com a bose headphones on shopclues they delivered me on 12th they turned out to be fake and of the least quality u can expect and I immediately launched a complaint to bose and I was informed to request a full refund and it seems that they sell counterfeit products which even contain proper serial number etc which replicates the product exactly but differs greatly in quality and also it got damaged with in 3 days of my purchase since then I have called them 10-15 times because of a problem in my account I was unable to initiate a return, then after 8 calls I was able to initiate my return which was declined immediately without any enquiry or so .they took 10 days to deliver but not even a day to decline my refund request .
