Respected sir,
I am purchased an item name Sony powerbank 10000mah pack of 5 numbers(Order id:78334104) from shopclues more than 2 weeks before(17/12/2015 at 3.28 pm).I returned the item because of all 5 powerbanks are defective.They deducted INR 2721 from my friend debit card.Now powerbank is in warehouse of their.Now up to 2 weeks they dont refund amount.I call them many times all the times they told me that merchant is not initiate to refund the amount.Here i am attaching they alredy send messages to me.So i humbly request you to please take necessary action.
