I have purchased one mobile phone (iphone 5-c) from online shopping site Shopecluse.com. I found that phone without any guarantee and warranty also with lock phone. After that when I start my phone I found that there is some hardware problem in it (vibration functionality is not working) so that I call to the customer care and try to convey my problem, but i did not get satisfactory answer from them. After one month, I try to follow and get any update or answer from them, then they take back my phone and after few day I found that same phone without any change. (vibration functionality is still not working. They even not give me a single call for what they do with my phone. After that I call to the customer care they are say that Its not their problem. Its all about dealerside and they do their hands up.
