entered an online contest for Samsung Galaxy Note 3 for Rs.899 in December 2013. The contest results were to be announced in one month and the website carried the information that the money could be redeemed with purchases for an equivalent amount on their website. I checked the website and I found quite a lot of products that I could purchase for Rs.899 or more and so I entered the contest. But after the expiry of one month, when I knew that I was not lucky in the contest I tried to buy something from the online shop but found that there was almost nothing available but for some leggings and caps. So I purchased 3 Canopus Men s Black Caps. Even this was possible only with their customer support as I was not able to redeem the points on my outstanding balance. Today I received just 1 cap instead of 3 and this cap is definitely not worth Rs.280 let alone the Rs.999 which is given on their website as its original price. My order number is 2130150.

I want Rs.1000 as relief. I want other online shoppers to be warned of this fraud company – or better still – for the Indian government to close down such fraudulent online traders.
