i have ordered 1 no. woodland casual shoe in and i got defective piece in last week of september. i returned to them and they promised me that they are sending new one with in 8 days and also they will reimburse shipment charges done by me for defective shoes. now i am getting fake commitments from them since last 15 days. on 19th october their person named sunil mehta called me and told me that he is going to despatch the shoe by saturday only and he gave docket no. F99210833. when i tracked the shoe through docket no it did not show any status. i called shophunk on tuesday 22nd october 2013 and i came to know that they have dispatched the shoe yet. i am very disappointed with these people and their service. i want my all noney back. plz help me.

i dont want to deal with these people. i want my whole cash back.
