on 26th jan14 i have purchased a jeans from shoppers stop industrial area phase 1 elante mall chandigarh.they jeans was of LEE its MRP was Rs2300 and it was on 50% discount but when i went to counter for billing they made the bill on 40% discount and the jeans cost Rs.1448.37.next day when i went again to shoppers stop for getting my bill corrected they waited me for 2 hours and after 2 hours they they told me that we will not return your money but we will give you a voucher of rest of the amount.i refused to take the voucher but they forced me to take the voucher and i took it.the voucher was of Rs241.40 and they told me that this voucher is valid for only 6 months and they also gave me the new bill of Rs.1206.97.it caused me inconvenience and loss of my precious time.they have taken the money in cash so they should return back by cash only.

refund my money in cash and pay compensation regarding my loss of time, my travel charges and inconvenience caused.this should not be repeated with any customer. attached new bill and voucher
