hi have ordered a product through online shopping , and was trying to make the payment through net banking , after completing the procedure i got a error message, and the order was not booked , but at the same time i got a notification on my mobile that the amount was deducted.where in the money is already debited to shoppers stops account. BUt they claims there is no order placed from my end nor they received any money. i tried calling them many times but i am not getting proper response from their end .I even emailed them with all my banking details and order details but no response from them .
I want my money back in my account / or to confirm the order for the money which i had payed
