I have ordered few goods online from Shopperstop.com and it was to be shipped by Aramex. However, they did not. I raised a complaint (before 30th April 2014) to them and have followed up many times (8th, 11th & 13th May 2014) on the same but I haven’t got a satisfactory reply from them yet.

It has been more than a month and the purpose for which I ordered the goods has already lapsed. Now I don’t require those goods anymore. I want them to pay me an amount of Rs. 1000 and would also like the department to pose a penalty on them so that they do not harass consumers in future.
