I purchased a 13 no. size black school shoe with 2 nos liquid shoe polish /cleaner today at 13.05 hrs (invoice no. 02476), Mobile no. 9433190141 from College St, 1,-Bidhan Saranee, Kol-12. The carry bag provided with a paper bag. I left shop and within 5 minute the tag (lace) of the bag got broken (torned). Again with another 2/3 minutes the next one also torned. The bag became useless as nothing was there to carry the paper bag. Please the the tag is properly inserted into the paper bag.
