Complaint 1- I bought sony mobile on 23rd Jan 2013 through Rediff shopping (shopping.rediff.com). Order no-7722241.(refer Annex-2 Order acceptance as enclosed) In Nov 13 when I went to sony service center as keypad was not working. They refused to provide service saying mobile was sold out of India.(Reply from Sony Service center enclosed- refer Annex3 and 3A) In offer rediff said 1 year vendor warranty for phone (refer Annex-1- offer on website as enclosed). I raised this issue to Rediff through mail but no reply received from Rediff on this issue. Complaint 2- In offer and order acceptance mail it is written that price is including shipping and handling charges(Refer convulsed Annex-1 offer and Annex -2 order acceptance). But at the time of delivery they have charges 850 rs extra for octroi,taxes etc about which nothing mentioned in offer or order acceptance.( I had paid Rs. 736 for Octroi charges.I already paid Rs 90/- as a shipment charges while buying the mobile thru your site (online)).This has not been informed (about Octroi charges) while buying the mobile. Complaint 3- When I received mobile, the box was in open (unpacked) condition.On January 30, 2013, I have complained about this but not reply from Rediff shopping.
