Hi Iam Datta Mohite. I have purchased a samsung mobile battery online from shopping.rediff.com. But I have received a faulty mobile battery that is not working at all. My order id is 9863794. My producy ID is Samsung battery AB483640BU mobile battery. I have lodged complaint 3 times but no one replied or called me. I want my refund as it costed Rs.447/- to me. My Complainant number lodged with its customer care are [Ticket#104148180102]. Pls look into this matter and refund my money as soon as possible.

I want full refund of my money that is Rs.447/-. And I don;t want replacement at all since the service was worst ever I experienced. No reply was given even after 3 times I made complaint.
