I received a call from Sandeep Sharma from Universal Infotech which runs an online portal www. shoppingparadise. ind.in . They proposed all products at discounted rate. Of which I selected below products at mentioned discounted prices. 1. 43″ Samsung LED Tv – RS. 5466/- 2. Sony Experia Z5 smartphone – Rs 5336/- 3. Apple iPhone 6S 64 Gb – Rs 8753/- Total Rs. 19555/- I paid Rs 10000 on 29-Jan-2016 as a part payment, for which I received an email from customer care team. Then I made payment of remaining Rs. 9555/- on 02-Feb-2015 in their given axis bank account. After which they mentioned some technical issues in their bank account same day and payment could not be reflected. They asked me make another payment of Rs 9555 to their other bank account, to which I refused being made the payments already. Since then, they have only promised to either refund my whole amount or send the products I bought. They promised me to refund back the full amount on 26-Feb-2016. After that they are again asking me to make another payment of Rs. 9555 in their another bank account without which they wont be able to send me my products. I have email communications along with call recordings. They do not pick up my calls, neither reply me back on my emails. I have been insisting on receiving my products.

I want all genuine and original products as they promised.
