dear sir/madam, i have booked a 1bhk flat with the above builder on 20/4/12 with 1.5 lakhs.the builder has delayed the construction as the possession was due in 9 months.till now no offical document of installments is sent to me.the marketing ppl. who booked the flat has left the job with the above builder due to non payment of their salaries.the above said builder,i have requested many times to return my booking amount as im not interested in the project.the people sitting in the above said office doesnt reply my calls.the builder has build the flats on agricultural land…due to delay in construction i claimed my booking amount to be refunded along with interest.now they are asking the whole of the rest amount.as i cannot pay so much..i requested them to return the booking amount.for past six months they are not responding.the builder never picks up the phone.the workers i knew have the job from him and every worker says no to give him further any money.he is a fraud and highly arrogant person.
