Hi I have placed an order with SIlk Museum In January, They have said that I will receive my dress In February 20th, We are now In march 11th and I have not received my dress, when I first contacted them they said they have dispatched the dress but I have had nothing, i have emailed them numerous times and they are ignoring my mail and i have tried calling them but they have barred my mobile number, i am so distressed and very upset i have desired to wear this dress at my sisters wedding. Please can you tell them to dispatch the dress or refund my full money as they are not doing neither, they are completely ignoring any correspondence from me and I am very frsutrated by their actions i feel heavily decieved and they have given me false hope throughout and they just seem like a scam. Please can you help me resolve this matter. I am severely distressed and losing sleep, i have no money to buy another dress.
