Dear Customer Care Division,
It is very unprofessional way of working.I am a prepaid customer taken my connection on 2008 vide mobile no-9933739533 and using the services since that time and the no has been taken from my native place siliguri,west bengal.I have not used the sim for aperiod of 25 days and my said no has been made as unregistered sim.I had visited your local office at siliguri after consultation with customer care and asked for a new sim as your division said that your current sim is damaged collect a new sim by paying Rs.50.But when I found my new sim was still unregistered then again i had visited the office and came to know my said no has been installed.I made a request to a lady there by the name of Ms.Priya and she had forwarded a request to reactivate the sim as its a important no for me and as well i am a old customer since long and she promised that get us 4 days time (till 3rd august) and will get back to you with activation details on your alternate no.But till date nobody had called up .Today on 9th Aug.when I had called up again the same lady had p/up the call and said its not possible to reissue as its already activated and alloted to someone else on 6th august.Can you just let me know before issuing the same sim when a request has been given to customer care to reactivate again to me then how same no has been given to someone on 6th.My request has been send on 28th or 29th.Dont you feel that was a wrong procedure or you dont have standard procedure or follow up for the same.do you feel we are the bloody idiots using your services since last almost 3 yrs.and unusing for only 25 days a life time sim gets deactivated.And my entire business depends upon on the same sim.Why you dont have follow up? Why you promise or provide wrong information.Why a new sim was provided to me saying it will get activated by this evening.let me tell you being a corporate i shall definitely go to consumer forum and demotivate others also to not use your services where you Cheat the people and make money.In case you provide me same no its fine otherwise i shall take necessary action for the same.My alternate no-09817482599,or 09614817244
