After taking Assisted Matrimony Package, Naveen was assigned with me who told me after 2 weeks or so that “I am not able to find a match for you so I am forwarding this case for reversal of payment”, post that I had multiple communication with their team but not one is either changing the relationship manager or providing money back. I am stuck. Now, 1 month is close to end and it was a service for 1 month only.
1. Money Back or Services which were told to be provided:- a. Match based on Preferences. b. Forward of CV to me if the other party is willing to extend relationship. c. 40 Such Proposals. I can provide the receipt of money if required.
