I am Ranjeet Jain, I have taken addmission in Phd-finance, my Reg No 1050103427 dated 25 sept 2010 (Singhania University)through their surat centre(Nikku’s Academy).1st year fee deposited through DD.when DD for the 2nd year was issued, the centre infromed the uni is not accepting the DD so I cancelled n issued a cheque infavor of centre (after inquiry n having consent with the uni on telephone). When I was to submit my final thesis, the centre informed the uni is cancelling all the centre as they caught in the sting operation done by the media about their illegal activity regarding providing degrees of various courceses. so I have to directly approach the uni. I personally visited the uni at Jhunjhunu. The uni people first ignored to talk with me but after many time requesting they said me the centre people haven’t got their centre audited so centre was discontinue and your fee has not been submitted by the centre in the Uni’s account. Now I am living n working in Ahmedabad, two times I have visited surat centre but they are not giving even answer n they are not even pick up the phone.

After having phd degree, I would be able to have higher position in management area n get even better salary. But what happened now i am totally mentally disturb due to my career progress n my two year which I had invested in phd programme but now if I wan join phd program from another uni, I have to invest two another year. I lost my total fee around Rs.85000 + interest on it + my fare (for jhunjhunu + fare for surat) and whatever I lost from my pay from company as I had taken leave

I want all my fee with interest and other expenses made by me and whatever I lost from my pay from my company. As there were many students,I want you take harsh action so that they never even think to do wrong with any student. Thanking you. Ranjeet Jain
