We bought a Skoda fabia Car in Feb 2012 and it is Registered in the name of Mr. Naveen Kumar Kaushik ( my father in law ) .I gave the Car for service to Arisha Motors Faridabad on Dec 22nd , 2013 and they told me to give the car back on 23rd December . But On Dec 23 they told that there is some Noise in Engine which need to be investigated it will take 2-3 days to resolve the problem . Then when I reverted back after 3 days they told that it will Take some more time so i waited for another 3 days and tehn another 3 days and so on for next 17 days . Disappointed by the response of Arisha Motors I logged a complaint on official Website of Skoda and got the reference number SPL43487 . But No action is taken after that . I called the Costume care many times and dropped several reminder mails but each time they told that they will revert back soon . But even after 1 month of all this , neither they are giving my car back with problem fixed nad nor they are providing any courtesy car .

I request you to reimburse all the Amount which I spent on Travel during the duration ( 22nd December till now ) and Provide me a courtesy car till the time problem is not fixed . As the vehicle is under warranty i request to replace the Faulty engine with the new one .
